Lactation Education

What comes after giving birth? The next cause of concern for new parents is always the question: "How am I going to feed my baby?" Whether you choose to breastfeed or formula feed your baby, support is needed.

WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? In both scenarios, there are things that are done before birth to prepare for the most successful journey. My aim is to help you keep your goals.

Breastfeeding 101

You’ll hear many stories from friends and family about how they fed their own babies and what they think is best for you, which can easily make you overwhelmed. There will be challenges along the way and I will support and guide you through those times.
